Grow in discernment

When we try to understand God's will for our lives, one of the questions we must ask ourselves is: "Is there anything in this relationship or choice of career or work or friendship that will invalidate the Word of God according to the Scriptures?"

If the answer is yes, you know what to do. If the answer to that question is no, then the second question you should ask yourself is: «Do you want to marry him? Do you want to follow that career? Do you see yourself in that job or position? If so, then do it.

On the other hand, if what you would like to know is if there is another better girl, a better career choice or a better job for you in the world, then the Scriptures will not give you that specific kind of knowledge. This is not how the Word of God operates. You can marry whomever you want, only in the Lord. So if you want to spend the rest of your life with that person, he is a believer in Christ and is free to marry, do it. Just remember that it is for a lifetime. Keep the other principles in mind.

The same applies to a job, career or anything you can imagine. You must take into account all the principles: Is your heart subject to the Lordship of Jesus Christ? Is God your number one priority and his will is a matter of your interest? Are you following and applying God's principles regarding his will in your daily life? If the answer is yes, don't be paralyzed by what you don't know, but walk in the light of what you do know.

Also, my advice is that you get a good advisor. Talk to people who know you well, people who love you, love God and His Word. Talk with your parents; Learn from them. They will undoubtedly guide you and advise you on the matter. Listen carefully.

In conclusion,

Check your priorities. Your heart. If God is the number one priority and his will for you is a matter of your interest, then your heart is in a good place. Trust Him and rest assured that He will lead your way.

His will is found in his Word; The application of that Word to our individual lives, situations and decisions is clear, based on what the Scripture says or it will be a matter of discernment based on the principles found in the statements God has given us.

Get good advice from people who know you well, who love you and who love God and His Word.

My prayer is that God will guide you in every step you take and that, you will grow in discernment in the Lord!

Crece en discernimiento

Cuando intentamos comprender la voluntad de Dios para nuestras vidas, una de las preguntas que debemos hacernos es: «¿Hay algo en esta relación o elección de carrera o trabajo o amistad, que invalidará la Palabra de Dios según las Escrituras?»

Si la respuesta es sí, ya sabes qué hacer. Si la respuesta a esa pregunta es no, entonces la segunda pregunta que debes hacerte es: «¿Quieres casarte con él? ¿Quieres seguir esa carrera? ¿Te ves en ese trabajo o posición?» Si es así, entonces hazlo.

Por otro lado, si lo que te gustaría saber es si hay otra mejor chica, una mejor elección de carrera o un mejor trabajo para ti en el mundo, entonces las Escrituras no te darán ese tipo de conocimiento específico. No es así como opera la Palabra de Dios. Puedes casarte con quien quieras, solo en el Señor. Entonces, si quieres pasar el resto de tu vida con esa persona, es un creyente en Cristo y está libre para casarse, hazlo. Solo recuerda que es para toda la vida. Ten en cuenta los demás principios.

Lo mismo se aplica para un trabajo, carrera o cualquier cosa que te puedas imaginar. Debes tener en cuenta todos los principios: ¿Está tu corazón sometido al Señorío de Jesucristo? ¿Es Dios tu prioridad número uno y su voluntad es un asunto de tu interés? ¿Estás siguiendo y aplicando los principios de Dios con respecto a su voluntad en tu vida diaria? Si la respuesta es sí, no te paralices por lo que no sabes, sino camina a la luz de lo que sí sabes.

Además, mi consejo es que consigas un buen consejero. Habla con la gente que te conoce bien, la gente que te ama, ama a Dios y su Palabra. Habla con tus padres; aprende de ellos. Indudablemente te guiarán y te asesorarán en la materia. Escucha cuidadosamente.

En conclusión,

1. Comprobar tus prioridades. Tu corazón. Si Dios es la prioridad número uno y su voluntad para ti es un asunto de tu interés, entonces tu corazón está en un buen lugar. Confía en Él y ten la seguridad que Él dirigirá tu camino.


2. Su voluntad se encuentra en su Palabra; La aplicación de esa Palabra a nuestras vidas, situaciones y decisiones individuales es clara, está basada en lo que dice la Escritura o será una cuestión de discernimiento basado en los principios que se encuentran en las declaraciones que Dios nos ha dado.


3. Obtener un buen consejo de personas que te conocen bien, que te aman y que aman a Dios y su Palabra.

Mi oración es que Dios te guiará en cada paso que tomes y que, ¡crecerás en discernimiento en el Señor!

Start a new stage

Josue had to start a new stage. The great leader Moises was gone and now it is his turn to take that place. How many questions must have passed through Josue's head!

How to replace a man like Moses?

Will God be with me as He was with Him?

How to achieve what God has for me?

Josue asked himself the same questions we ask ourselves at the beginning of a new year. However, God was clear in telling him what he should do to do well in everything. Just as God told Josue, we can do it or take it for us this time, we just have to pay attention so that we are prospered and that everything goes well for us.

Take the opportunities with courage.

Moses was dead, Josue was his disciple, that was his moment, it was his great opportunity to be surprised. In the same way God will always give us new opportunities. We must boldly assume the opportunities that God presents to us.

You will never get anything effortlessly,

God told Josue he never was. Leaving, who would accompany him and pretend, however, I also remind him that it was necessary to make an effort, the effort in our life will never be an option, it is a basic ingredient in the recipe for success.

Many times they make us believe that lasting things can be achieved effortlessly, that achievements can be achieved without working, but the truth is that everything important costs a lot of effort and work. God has always called people who did not flee from the challenges or the labors.

We must be encouraged to continue or begin to take layoffs that God presents to you, to put all your hope and to give all control to the Holy Spirit.

Empezar una nueva etapa

Josue tenia que empezar una nueva etapa. El gran líder Moises ya no estaba y ahora le toca a el asumir ese lugar. Cuantas preguntas deben haber pasado por la cabeza de Josue!!

Podre hacerlo? 

Como reemplazar a un hombre como Moises?

Estará Dios conmigo como lo estuvo con EL?

Como poder alcanzar lo que Dios tiene para mi?

Josue se hizo las mismas preguntas  que nosotros nos hacemos al comenzar un ano nuevo. Sin embargo Dios fue claro al decirle lo que debía de hacer para que le fuera bien en todo. Lo mismo que Dios le dijo a Josue, podemos hacerlo o tomarlo para nosotros este tiempo, solo debemos de prestar atención para que seamos prosperados y que todo nos vaya bien.

Toma las oportunidades con valentia.

Moises habia muerto, Josue era su discípulo, ese era su momento, era su gran oportunidad de ser sorprendido. De la misma forma Dios siempre nos dará nuevas oportunidades. Debemos de asumir con valentía las oportunidades que Dios nos presenta.

NO conseguirás nunca nada sin esfuerzo,

Dios le dijo a Josue que nunca lo iba. Dejar, que lo acompañaría y que lo pretegeria, sin embargo no dejo de recordarle también que era necesario que se esforzara, el esfuerzo en nuestra vida nunca sera una opción, es un ingrediente básico en la receta del éxito.

Muchas veces nos hacen creer que se puede conseguir cosas duraderas sin esfuerzo, que se pueden alcanzar logros sin trabajar, pero la verdad es que todo lo importante cuesta mucho esfuerzo y trabajo. Dios siempre ha llamado a personas que no huían de los desafíos ni de las labores.

Debemos de animarnos a seguir o a comenzar a tomar despidos que Dios te presenta, a poner todo tu espero y a rendirle todo el control al Espíritu Santo.

Recuerda, esfuérzate y se valiente!!! Solo así conquistaras tu tierra prometida!!EG

Save Money the Way of God: Leave a Estate

More than half of the citizens of our countries will die intestate. Do you understand the concept? It means that they have not written their Last Will or Testament. If a person dies intestate, the state will make all decisions regarding the disposition of its properties and charge for those services.

Why don't people make a will? Well, people postpone things, they assume that someday they will find time to do them and never do. Or they think that when they have died, they will not care how they share their assets. Or they think they are immortal. Or they are so afraid of death that they don't want to think about it.

God is pleased that people plan in advance the administration of their things, and he is very pleased that people make plans for the care of the next generations. "The inheritance of the good will reach the children of their children" (Proverbs 13:22). An inheritance helps turn your children and grandchildren from tenants into landlords, can help a grandchild to go to college, can relieve a paralyzing debt, can help start a business.

A testament thanks God that gave him such a great inheritance through those who left before you.

Ahorre Dinero a la Manera de Dios: Deje un patrimonio

Más de la mitad de los ciudadanos de nuestros países morirán intestados. ¿Entiende el concepto? Significa que no han escrito su Última Voluntad o Testamento. Si una persona muere intestada, el estado hará todas las decisiones respecto de la disposición de sus propiedades y cobrará por esos servicios.

¿Por qué la gente no hace testamento? Bueno, la gente pospone las cosas, suponen que algún día encontrarán tiempo para hacerlas y nunca las hacen. O piensan que cuando hayan muerto, no les importará cómo repartan su patrimonio. O piensan que son inmortales. O le tienen tanto temor a la muerte que no quieren pensar en ella.

A Dios le agrada que las personas planeen por anticipado la administración de sus cosas, y le agrada mucho que las personas hagan planes para el cuidado de las próximas generaciones. “La herencia del bueno alcanzará a los hijos de sus hijos” (Proverbios 13:22). Una herencia ayuda a convertir a sus hijos y nietos de inquilinos en propietarios, le puede ayudar a un nieto a ir a la universidad, puede aliviar una deuda paralizante, puede ayudar a crear una empresa.

Un testamento le da gracias al Dios que le dio una herencia tan grande por medio de los que se fueron antes que usted.
