“Seek the Lord while it can be found; Call him while he is near ”Isaiah 55: 6

The prophet Isaiah says it clearly for all to hear: “Seek the Lord while you can be found; Call him while he is nearby. Let the wicked leave their way, and the wicked their evil thoughts! May they turn to the Lord, our God, and he will have mercy on them, for he knows how to forgive with generosity. ”

This is a very interesting invitation from God, He longs to have contact with each of us, a close relationship and intimacy.

But what it does establish are conditions for it, everything will be according to its terms and it calls us to a repentance of heart. And He comes so that, not only can we find him, but also so that we can receive him as Lord and Savior of our life.

This is the Word that God "seek me while I can be found."

Since we live in times where people who inhabit this world spend their days running from one place to another, chasing many things but not knowing where to go.

That is why God calls us to repentance, to turn from our evil ways and seek Him, that "seeking the Lord" implies turning away from evil. The word repentance means to take a total turn in our course, it is to make the decision to separate ourselves from the sin that destroys our life, and receive grace and forgiveness from God Who came to give us new life in Jesus Christ.

He wants to bless us and provide us with everything necessary for that life to be fruitful.

Hence, this call is key and vital for each of us. Today is the time of health ... today is the time to seek God, while He can be found.

May we assume this commitment to walk every day of this new year with the sole purpose of seeking the Lord and living pleasing him in everything.

God's promise is to transform our life, that is clearly illustrated in verse 13 of chapter 55 when he says: “Instead of brambles, cypresses will grow; instead of nettles, arrayanes will grow. This will shine the name of the Lord; It will be an eternal sign that will last forever! ”Our life will be changed, from bramble to cypress and from nettle to arrayan! For the work of our God.

Buscad a Jehova mientras pueda ser hallado.

“Busquen al Señor mientras puede ser hallado; Llámenlo mientras se encuentre cerca” Isaías 55:6

El profeta Isaías lo dice con claridad para que todos lo escuchen: “Busquen al Señor mientras pueda ser hallado; llámenlo mientras se encuentre cerca. ¡Que dejen los impíos su camino, y los malvados sus malos pensamientos! ¡Que se vuelvan al Señor, nuestro Dios, y él tendrá misericordia de ellos, pues él sabe perdonar con generosidad.”

Esta es una invitación más que interesante de parte de Dios, Él anhela tener contacto con cada uno de nosotros,  una relación cercana y de intimidad.

Pero lo que si establece son condiciones para ello, todo será de acuerdo a sus términos y nos llama a un arrepentimiento de corazón. Y Él viene para que, no sólo podamos encontrarlo, sino también para que podamos recibirlo como Señor y Salvador de nuestra vida.

Esta es la Palabra que Dios  “búsquenme mientras pueda ser hallado”.

Puesto que vivimos tiempos donde las personas que habitan este mundo pasan sus días corriendo de un lugar a otro, persiguiendo muchas cosas pero sin saber a dónde ir.

Por eso Dios nos llama al arrepentimiento, a volvernos de nuestros malos caminos y buscarlo a Él, ese “buscar al Señor” implica apartarse del mal. La palabra arrepentimiento significa dar un giro total en nuestro rumbo, es tomar la decisión de apartarnos del pecado que destruye nuestra vida, y recibir la gracia y el perdón de parte de Dios Quien vino a darnos vida nueva en Jesucristo.

Él ya nos bendijo  con toda bendicion espiritual y nos ha dado todo lo necesario para que esta vida sea fructífera.

De ahí que este llamado es clave y vital para cada uno de nosotros. Hoy es el tiempo de salud… hoy es tiempo de buscar a Dios, mientras Él puede ser hallado.M

La promesa de Dios es transformar nuestra vida, eso está claramente ilustrado en el versiculo13 del capítulo 55 cuando dice: “En lugar de zarzas, crecerán cipreses; en lugar de ortigas, crecerán arrayanes. Esto dará lustre al nombre del Señor; ¡será una señal eterna que durará para siempre!” nuestra vida será cambiada, de zarza a ciprés y de ortiga a arrayan! Por la obra de nuestro Dios.
